7 technical notes · 10 lab sheets · 7 lessons
Documentation.
Everything written down in one place: how the site is built, what each lab does, and the rules the house follows when it explains something.
How this site is built
It is a static build with no database and no content backend. Every lesson, note and lab sheet is a Markdown file in a repository, so the history of every sentence is readable in the commit log.
The labs are browser-side code: they run from the page you loaded, with no server in between. That is why they keep working offline — and also why nothing you type into them is stored anywhere.
Lessons
The guided trail, in order. Start at the first one if the vocabulary still feels foreign.

Lab sheets
One sheet per tool: what it answers, the letter it holds in the catalogue, and the fingerprint of the code that runs it.

Rules of the house
Content policy
Anything labelled satire stays satire: names, companies and numbers are invented. Technical claims have to hold up, and a real experience only gets published as fiction without a name, an address or a number.
No tracking
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixel, no login to read. Progress in the learning trail is stored in your own browser, and the newsletter form is the only thing that sends a request with your address in it.
Security
No page here ever asks for a seed phrase, a private key or a password. Labs that touch a blockchain state which network they use and refuse to sign when it is not the expected one.
Accuracy over volume
It is better to have a short explanation that is correct than a long one that sounds complete. When an example cannot prove something, the text says so — including the limits of the tools on this site.
Machine-readable
- /feed.xml — the RSS feed, everything datable.
- /sitemap.xml — every public route.
- /humans.txt — who runs this, in plain text.
