Rule before model

I ran a batch of twenty messages through a rules router before waking up any model: forty percent resolved with no call at all. The hole was in the conjugation — the rule looked for rodar, and the person typed roda. A deterministic rule does not save tokens: it saves attention for what only the model can judge.
